SOLEKTRA Solar Academy is an initiative of solektra that has been started to train internal and external staff who are in solar industry. There are objectives that pushed us to initiate this idea:

 

• Develop quality training sessions, adapted to market needs and validated by official certification bodies;
• Set up a large Solar Energy Laboratory, complying with international standards and equipped with the latest generation of equipment;
• Create partnerships with academic institutions, training centres and companies to enrich our training sessions;
• Become a recognized certification and accreditation centre for training in solar photovoltaic energy.

These trainings and projects conducted in Rwanda by 3 committed partners, Solektra, the Solektra Solar Academy and Practical action.
