This is a compliance-driven infrastructure assignment requiring candidates to meet minimum education and professional experience thresholds.

Phase 1 – Feasibility & Tender Preparation

• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Specialist – 10 years (with at least 5 years in utility-scale BESS design/deployment)

• Electrical Engineer (Grid / Storage Specialist) – 10 years

• Environmental & Social Specialist – 8 years

• Contract Management Specialist – 5 years

Phase 2 – Implementation & Supervision (18 Months)

• Project Manager – 10+ years
• Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Specialist – 10 years
• Civil Engineer – 10 years (with at least 5 years in generation/storage projects)
• Electrical Site Engineer (Resident in Rwanda) – 10 years
• Environmental & Social Specialist (Implementation Stage) – 8 years
• Contract Management Specialist – 5 years
